Currently not shipping to the UK, sorry!

All sales are final
- no cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

Any shipping information corrections (name, address, etc.) must be emailed ASAP, with order # included. Shipped items cannot be fixed - you must pay for any redelivery or reorder entirely.

Combining multiple non-shipped orders - please email with Subject "CONSOLIDATION REQUEST - [All Order #s]."  Orders are not combined unless requested. Excess shipping cost will be refunded if applicable. Orders with shipping labels already created cannot be combined.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 7 business days (barring pre-orders) via USPS. An email will be sent when orders have shipped.

Orders shipped via stamped letter mail (4 or less stickers/prints combined) are untracked. Larger orders are shipped in tracked mailers. We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders and do not control shipping once dropped at the post office.


Estimated Shipping Times:
  • Domestic: 3-7 business days
  • International: 4-6 weeks (you must pay any duties/customs/VAT fees that may be due upon arrival depending on your country; these fees are NOT included in the shipping cost.)

Damaged or incorrect orders - please email with a photo within 3 days of delivery and a refund or redelivery will be arranged as soon as possible. Refund is limited to the item value and will not include shipping.

Returned Orders - if returned to Hotcake Party due to incorrect shipping information given, you must pay to reship. If all information is correct, but marked as undeliverable by USPS, we will contact you to make arrangements.

Lost orders - if not received within 7 days of expected delivery date, please contact your local post office first.

  • If lost due to incorrect shipping information given, you must reorder.

  • If all shipping information is correct and your order has tracking, please email us with your policy # and USPS insurance claim will be opened. Please be advised that we are not responsible for lost or stolen orders and do not control shipping once dropped at the post office, therefore resolution is not guaranteed.
